The Venta Society is a selective, chapter-based private society. There are no paid membership levels. Every member begins the same way — with an application read in private and judged on character, conduct, availability, discretion, and alignment with the standards of the Society.

An applicant has submitted an application and awaits review. Submission does not guarantee admission.
Accepted for induction.
A candidate has been approved to proceed toward induction and is assigned to a chapter and region.
Full standing in the Society.
Induction confers full membership: chapter participation, member events, the directory, and the Society's private documents.
Recognised for sustained service.
Senior standing recognises long-term contribution, mentorship of candidates, and consistent participation.
Leads a chapter's meetings, intake and activities.
Coordinates chapters within a state.
Oversees a region and its state bodies.
Carries national responsibility for a portfolio.
Leads the Society.
Each application is read individually. No algorithm decides membership.
The Venta Society prohibits hazing of any kind, at every stage of membership.
What happens within the Society stays within the Society.
All paths into the Society begin in the same place. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
