Welcome

Venta Society is a private membership society built on professionalism, discretion, respect, and meaningful connections.

Membership is a privilege — not an entitlement.

Every member contributes to the reputation and culture of the Society.

Section II

Our Standards

Members are expected to:

  • Treat every member with dignity and respect.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Foster meaningful relationships and networking.
  • Respect differences in background, profession, beliefs, and opinions.
  • Represent Venta Society with integrity at all times.
Section III

Privacy & Confidentiality

Respect member privacy.

Do not:

  • Share screenshots of private conversations.
  • Record voice or video calls without consent.
  • Share another member's personal information.
  • Publish private Society discussions outside the platform.
  • Reveal the identity of members without permission.

Privacy violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.

Section IV

Respectful Conduct

Members must not engage in:

  • Harassment
  • Hate speech
  • Bullying
  • Threats
  • Intimidation
  • Discrimination
  • Stalking
  • Unwanted sexual advances
  • Repeated unwanted contact

Members are expected to communicate with maturity and professionalism.

Professional Networking

Venta Society encourages:

  • Business networking
  • Career development
  • Mentorship
  • Collaboration
  • Community leadership
  • Friendship
  • Dating between consenting adults

Members should approach one another respectfully and understand that “no” is a complete answer.

Section VI

Events & Conferences

Members attending Society events are expected to:

  • Follow the event dress code.
  • Arrive on time.
  • Treat hotel staff and venue staff respectfully.
  • Respect all speakers and presenters.
  • Wear event credentials when required.
  • Follow all event instructions from staff.
Section VII

Dress & Presentation

Venta Society values excellence in presentation.

Members should dress appropriately for each event. Examples include:

  • Business Professional
  • Cocktail Attire
  • Black Tie
  • Luxury Resort
  • Smart Casual

Specific dress requirements will be communicated before each event.

Section VIII

Safety

The safety of our members comes first.

Members should immediately report:

  • Harassment
  • Safety concerns
  • Fraud
  • Impersonation
  • Suspicious behavior
  • Policy violations

Reports are reviewed confidentially.

Section IX

Authenticity

Members must:

  • Use their real identity.
  • Provide accurate information.
  • Maintain authentic profiles.
  • Avoid impersonation.
  • Avoid misleading information.

False information may result in account removal.

Section X

Community Reputation

Venta Society is intentionally curated.

Members are expected to preserve the reputation of the Society both online and in person.

Repeated disruptive behavior may result in membership review.

Section XI

Membership Review

Membership may be reviewed for:

  • Repeated policy violations
  • Fraud
  • Harassment
  • Unsafe conduct
  • Criminal activity affecting community safety
  • Misrepresentation
  • Violation of confidentiality
  • Conduct that seriously damages the reputation of Venta Society

Reviews are conducted by the Membership Committee.

Section XII

Enforcement

Depending on the violation, actions may include:

  • Educational Warning
  • Written Warning
  • Temporary Restrictions
  • Temporary Suspension
  • Membership Review
  • Permanent Removal
  • Appeal Review (where applicable)
